• We handle review, matching, scheduling, and coordination, so clients don’t have to source or manage individuals independently. 

What services do you offer?

Our services include:

• Event and venue childcare

• Wedding and ceremony support (stand-in roles)

• Corporate and professional event support

• Party, ceremony & family event assistance (non-medical)

• Errands, accompaniment, and short-term personal support 

All services are short-term, event-based, and subject to availability and internal review.

How do I get started?

1. Complete our brief intake form.

2. Our team reviews your request.

3. You’ll receive next steps via email or SMS, which may include completing a service request form.

How does the booking process work after completing the service request form?

1. Submit the service request form and pay the required service reservation fee at the time of submission.

2. We review your request and local availability.

3. If available, a suitable crew match is identified. 

4. You receive a clear service quote.

5. The service is confirmed and scheduled.

The service reservation fee is refundable only if no crew match is found in your event city. The service reservation fee covers review, coordination, and matching efforts. No additional service payment is collected until pricing is confirmed.

Are your services safe?

Safety is a priority at True Moment Crew LLC.

• All requests are reviewed before approval

• Crew and clients are verified where applicable

• Matching is based on suitability and availability

Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and well-coordinated experience for everyone involved.

Are crew members vetted?

• Yes. All crew members are reviewed, verified, and approved before being assigned to any event. 

• Some roles may have additional requirements depending on the nature of the service. Crew selection is based on availability, reliability, and suitability for each request.

Do I communicate directly with crew?

• Once a match is confirmed, communication is primarily coordinated through True Moment Crew LLC to maintain professionalism, privacy, and accurate recordkeeping. 

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on:

• Type of service

• City and location

• Number of children or crew required

• Duration of the assignment

• Staffing and coordination needs

All publicly listed prices are starting rates. You will always receive a clear, upfront service quote before booking.

Is pricing transparent?

Yes. We provide starting price ranges publicly. Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing your request, location, and availability. 

• Service Reservation Fee:
  Starting at $20–$30 , depending on whether the request is planned or urgent.

• General event & support services:
  Starting from $40–$75 per hour, depending on city/location, type of service, and staffing needs.

• Event & venue childcare services:

Starting from $25 per hour for single-child care.

1. Rates increase based on the number of children, city/location, and staffing needs.

2. Most single-family childcare requests fall within $25–$58 per hour.

3. Requests involving multiple families are priced using group rates based on staffing and coordination needs. 

• Wedding stand-in roles (bridesmaid / groomsman):
  Starting from $100–$150 per hour, depending on city/location, role expectations, and event requirements.

Important Notes:

• All prices and rates vary by city and location.

• There are no hidden fees.

• The service reservation fee covers review, coordination, and matching efforts and does not guarantee crew availability. 

Is matching guaranteed?

Matching depends on:

• Crew availability in your area

• Timing of your request

• Service requirements

Urgent or last-minute requests are reviewed quickly but cannot be guaranteed. If no suitable crew is available, the service reservation fee will be refunded. 

What areas do you serve?

• True Moment Crew LLC operates city by city across the United States.
  Availability depends on local crew coverage.

What services do you not provide?

We do not offer:

• Medical, nursing, or clinical care

• Therapy or counseling

• Overnight or live-in services

• Housekeeping or deep cleaning

• Security services

• Heavy labor or licensed trade services

• Transportation of minors unless explicitly approved

What if plans change or I need to cancel?

• Cancellation and refund terms are provided during the booking process and confirmed before payment.

Final Note
