Complete the Crew Intake Form and select the opportunity category or categories that interest you.
All applicants—including new and returning crew members—must begin by submitting the Crew Intake Form.
Current categories include:

Event Venue Childcare Crew
If you are interested in both categories, simply select both options on the intake form.
Step 2: Application Review

After submitting your Crew Intake Form, we'll review your information and determine the next step based on your experience, qualifications, the service category selected, and current business needs.
Depending on your submission, you may be invited to complete additional application, verification, or onboarding requirements.
Submitting a Crew Intake Form does not guarantee placement in the crew network.

Crew members decide whether to accept or decline each opportunity. There is no obligation to accept assignments.

True Moment Crew provides flexible, assignment-based independent contractor opportunities. These opportunities may be a good fit for:

Crew members are independent contractors, not employees. Assignments are offered based on client demand, location, availability, and service needs, and are not guaranteed.
Do I Need Previous Experience?
Not necessarily.
Many assignment opportunities do not require previous experience. We welcome individuals who are dependable, professional, willing to learn, and able to communicate effectively.
However, some assignment opportunities may require one or more of the following:
Previous experience in a related role
Specific skills or qualifications
Additional screening or verification
Childcare-related experience or credentials (for childcare assignments)
Any additional requirements will be clearly communicated before you choose whether to accept an assignment opportunity.

- Event Venue Childcare
Typically $20–$30 per hour
Additional screening requirements apply.
- Wedding Stand-In Roles
Typically $65–$80 per hour
These opportunities generally involve increased participation and responsibility.

How Do I Get Paid?
Crew members are paid after successful assignment completion using approved payment methods.

Do I Need a Background Check Verification?
Yes.
Background check verification is required before becoming eligible for assignment opportunities with True Moment Crew LLC.
As part of our onboarding process, crew members are responsible for obtaining their own personal background check verification through an approved third-party provider. This is not an employer-sponsored background check arranged or paid for by True Moment Crew LLC.
If you already have a qualifying personal background check verification that meets our current requirements, you may be able to use it instead of obtaining a new one.

Background Verification Reimbursement Program
True Moment Crew LLC appreciates crew members who invest in meeting our onboarding requirements.
Crew members who obtain a qualifying background verification specifically for True Moment Crew LLC may be eligible for a one-time reimbursement of 50% of the background verification cost after successfully completing their first paid assignment.
Additional eligibility requirements, reimbursement procedures, and payment details will be provided during the onboarding process.
Will I Receive Future Assignment Opportunities?
Joining the True Moment Crew network does not guarantee assignment opportunities.
Crew members who successfully complete assignments with True Moment Crew LLC may be considered for future assignment opportunities based on factors such as client demand, service location, availability, reliability, responsiveness, performance, and operational needs.
Crew members are always free to accept or decline assignment opportunities.
To stay informed about new assignment opportunities, company updates, and future recruitment announcements, we encourage crew members to regularly visit our website and follow True Moment Crew LLC on social media. When new opportunities become available, interested crew members are encouraged to express their interest promptly.
Are clients Reviewed ?
Yes.
Client requests undergo a review process before service coordination takes place.
Assignment opportunities are not offered for unverified service requests.
Is It Safe?

Client information is verified when required

If a situation feels unsafe, crew members should leave immediately and contact True Moment Crew LLC.
What Should I Wear?
Dress expectations vary by assignment.
Crew members should arrive in clean, neat, and appropriate attire for any assignment they accept.
Specific attire requirements or event-related dress expectations will be communicated when applicable.
Will I Be Asked To Perform Duties Outside the Agreed Assignment?
No.
Crew members are only expected to perform duties that were disclosed and approved as part of the assignment.
Requests outside the agreed scope should be reported.
Do I Need To Provide Transportation?
Yes.
Crew members are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to and from assignments unless otherwise stated.
Can I Work In Multiple Cities?
Yes.
Crew members may be considered for opportunities in multiple cities if they are willing and able to travel.
Assignments are generally matched based on proximity, availability, and service needs.
Is This Employment?
No.
Crew members choose which opportunities they wish to accept and remain responsible for their own availability, transportation, taxes, and work-related decisions.
Opportunities are offered on an assignment-by-assignment basis and are not guaranteed.

How Do I Get Started?
Joining the True Moment Crew network begins with completing the Crew Interest Form.
Whether you're interested in General Event Crew opportunities or Event Venue Childcare Crew opportunities, you'll begin by submitting the same Crew Interest Form.
After we receive your submission, we'll review your information. If your qualifications align with our current or anticipated service needs, you may be invited to continue the onboarding process.
If invited to continue, you'll receive the Crew Application & Agreement, along with any additional onboarding requirements.
Completion of the Crew Interest Form does not guarantee onboarding, assignment opportunities, or participation in the True Moment Crew network.
