HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Register Your Organization 

Complete the Business Partnership Registration & Agreement to introduce your organization and begin the partnership process with True Moment Crew LLC. 

Step 2: Partnership Review

We'll review your registration and may reach out if any additional information is needed. Once the review is complete, we'll confirm your partnership with True Moment Crew LLC. 

Step 3: Submit an Event Inquiry

Whenever you need our services, simply submit a Client Service Inquiry with your event details, location, scheduling, and service needs.

Step 4: Inquiry Review

We'll review your event inquiry and, if we're able to move forward, we'll invite you to complete the Client Service Request & Agreement and submit the applicable Service Reservation Fee to begin the booking process. 

Step 5: Booking Confirmation

Once the required forms have been completed and the applicable booking payment has been received, we'll confirm your booking and begin coordinating support for your event. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Submitting a Business Partnership Registration & Agreement establishes a business relationship with True Moment Crew LLC, but it does not create a service booking.

Whenever you have an event requiring our services, simply submit a Client Service Inquiry. We'll review each inquiry individually and work with you through the next steps whenever we're able to move forward.
