We partner with event professionals, businesses, organizations, venues, and other service providers to help clients find the support and resources they need.
Whether you work with weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, community gatherings, or other special events, a partnership with True Moment Crew LLC can create opportunities to refer clients, connect with other professionals, and provide additional resources when needed.

WHAT WE DO
True Moment Crew LLC coordinates ID-verified and background-checked crew members for professional, non-medical event support throughout the 50 United States.
Our five service categories include:
Bridesmaid and groomsman stand-in support for weddings and related wedding events.
Non-medical childcare support in a designated event area during approved events.
Corporate & Professional Event Support
Support for conferences, meetings, workshops, company events, registration, guest assistance, and event operations.
Party, Ceremony & Family Event Assistance
General support for birthdays, celebrations, ceremonies, reunions, memorials, showers, graduations, and other gatherings.
Accompaniment & Personal Support
Non-medical accompaniment, waiting support, and personal assistance for approved activities and outings.
When appropriate, we may also coordinate an onsite lead or coordinator for TMC-assigned crew when additional organization or communication is needed.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
A partnership can look different depending on what your business and your clients need.
Your Client Needs TMC Support
If one of your clients needs event support, you can refer them to True Moment Crew LLC.
They can complete our inquiry process, and we'll review their needs and determine the appropriate service and next steps.
A TMC Client Needs a Service We Don't Provide
A TMC client may need a photographer, caterer, DJ, decorator, planner, transportation provider, or another professional service outside our direct services.
When appropriate, we may connect the client with a business in our partner network.
The client can review the business and decide whether they would like to contact or hire them.
Your Business and TMC Both Support the Same Event
If you and TMC are both providing services for the same event, each business remains responsible for its own services.
TMC coordinates TMC-assigned crew and responsibilities, while your business handles its own services, team, client relationship, and work.
This allows everyone to work together while keeping each business's role clear.
PARTNER REFERRALS
Our partnerships are designed to work both ways.
If your clients need services that True Moment Crew LLC provides, you are welcome to refer them to us.
If our clients need services your business provides, we may refer them to you when there is a good fit.
Clients always remain free to decide which businesses they want to contact or hire.
When a client is referred to a partner:
The client contacts the partner directly.
The partner handles its own scheduling and service arrangements.
The partner sets and manages its own pricing.
The client contracts and pays the partner directly.
The partner is responsible for providing its own services.
True Moment Crew LLC does not manage or supervise the partner's business or guarantee the outcome of its services.
OUR REFERRAL APPROACH
Our standard partner relationships are:
Non-exclusive and no-fee.
There is no required percentage, commission, or referral payment for standard partner referrals.
We believe in building professional relationships where businesses can refer clients to one another when there is a genuine fit.
Referrals and bookings are not guaranteed and depend on client needs, location, availability, and overall fit.
If a different referral arrangement is ever discussed, it would be handled separately in writing.
TRANSPARENT PRICING
We prefer to partner with businesses that make their pricing reasonably easy for potential clients to understand.
Public pricing information may include:
Published rates
Starting prices
Pricing ranges
Package pricing
Hourly rates
Flat-rate pricing
Per-service pricing
Other clear pricing information
A website or social media page that only says "contact us for pricing" without providing meaningful pricing information does not meet our preferred partner standard.
We understand that pricing can vary based on location, event size, service level, customization, and other factors. We simply want clients to have enough public pricing information to make an informed decision.
Partners set their own prices. True Moment Crew LLC does not set, negotiate, or guarantee partner pricing.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN PARTNERS
We want to build relationships with businesses and professionals who are a good fit for the clients and events we support.
We look for partners who:
Have an active business website or professional social media presence
Clearly describe their services
Provide publicly accessible pricing, rates, packages, or pricing ranges
Communicate professionally with clients and other businesses
Provide their services directly to their own clients
Maintain applicable licenses, insurance, certifications, permits, or other requirements for their work
Treat clients and other professionals with professionalism and respect
Submitting a Business Partnership Registration & Agreement does not automatically make a business a referral partner.
We'll review the information provided to determine whether the business and its services are a good fit.

Work With a Service Coordinator
When TMC is involved in an event, we coordinate our own crew and responsibilities so our role stays clear.
Our goal isn't to take over your business or your client relationships. It's to create useful connections when they make sense.
HOW IT WORKS
1. REGISTER
Complete the Business Partnership Registration & Agreement with your business and service information.
2. WE REVIEW
We'll review your business, services, service area, and publicly available information to determine whether there's a good fit.
3. BUILD THE CONNECTION
Once approved, your business can become part of our network of professionals and service providers.
4. REFER WHEN THERE'S A FIT
You can refer clients to TMC when they need our services, and TMC may refer clients to your business when they need services you provide.
5. WORK DIRECTLY WITH YOUR CLIENT
When a client chooses to hire you, you handle your own service arrangements directly with that client.
6. SUPPORT THE EVENT
If TMC is also providing crew for the same event, we coordinate our assigned crew and responsibilities while you handle your own services.
TMC EVENT COORDINATION SUPPORT
Some events may need additional coordination to keep TMC-assigned support crew organized before and during the event.
When appropriate, True Moment Crew LLC may provide an onsite lead or coordinator who can:
Organize TMC-assigned crew
Coordinate TMC crew assignments and responsibilities
Communicate with the client regarding pre-event planning, event-day coordination, and updates
Help monitor timing and changes related to TMC responsibilities
Serve as the primary TMC point of contact for the client and venue regarding TMC-assigned services
Communicate necessary information and updates to TMC crew
Help keep TMC's portion of the event organized
TMC manages communication and coordination between the client and its assigned crew members.
This is different from full-service event planning or overall event management.
If a client needs someone to manage the entire event, multiple vendors, timelines, contracts, and overall event logistics, we may connect them with an appropriate event planner or coordinator in our partner network.

Crew availability varies by location, service type, date, and event requirements.
Every request is reviewed individually.
ALREADY A PARTNER?
If you've already completed a Business Partnership Registration & Agreement with us, you do not need to register again.
