• Cultural or religious ceremonies

• Memorials or celebration-of-life events

• Private or small-scale events at home or venues

Support roles may include:

• Guest assistance and event flow support

• Family coordination during events

• Setup or breakdown assistance

• Managing small tasks during the event

• Event & venue childcare (add-on)

Photo & Video Support (Assistant-Based Only) 

• Basic assistance using a client-provided device

• Not a replacement for professional photography or videography

• No editing, production, or full-event coverage

Services are non-medical, light-duty, and provided based on availability and event needs.

• Rehearsal or wedding-day stand-in support

• Supportive presence during ceremonies and events

Wedding stand-in roles are categorized separately and may be priced differently from other services. 

Corporate & Professional Event Support

On-site support for business and professional events. 

Common requests include: 

• Corporate event support staff

• Conferences, seminars, and workshops

• Guest check-in and registration assistance

• Event setup and coordination support

• Company celebrations or milestone events
